Car :-S CLASS

The S-Class is the ultimate luxury saloon. Repeatedly referred to as the "best car in the world" by motoring magazines, it's sumptuous and elegant while offering visionary technological innovations. Driving it feels like flying first class.
The S 350 L and the S 500 L come as standard with the ‘7G-TRONIC’ 7-speed automatic transmission, which is unique worldwide. A further innovation is DIRECT SELECT, an attractively styled steering-column selector lever which can be gently judged to operate the 7G-TRONIC.
The S-Class is exquisitely designed. It has a beautiful, streamlined shape with dynamic flowing lines, giving it a timelessly elegant feel. The all new distinctive headlamps, alloy wheels and a sumptuous interior add to its luxurious look. The interior allows you to reach everything effortlessly. The seats are electrically adjustable, and when you remove the key from the ignition, the steering wheel glides up to allow easy exit and entry.
The S-Class is exceptionally streamlined. At higher speeds, the body is lowered automatically to reduce air resistance. It has the lowest drag ratings of any luxury car - its drag co-efficient being 0.27 Cd. The excellent aerodynamics on the S-Class means that fuel efficiency is stretched to the maximum.

CLS 500

The car is based on a unique vehicle concept which for the first time combines the elegance and dynamism of a Coupé with the comfort and practicality of a saloon. Spaciousness, luggage capacity and day-to-day practicality are at the level of a saloon, while the design lines possess the emotionally charged character of a Coupé. With this currently unique combination, the new CLS-Class is one Coupé generation ahead.
The technical specification also points the way to the future: in addition to adaptive front airbags, sidebags and windowbags, the preventive occupant protection system PRE-SAFE is to become available for the new Mercedes Coupé in the near future. The engine range includes two powerful petrol units: in the CLS 350 a newly developed V6 with 200 kW/272 hp and in the CLS 500 a muscular eight-cylinder unit with 225 kW/306 hp. Both engines are partnered by the new seven-speed automatic transmission, 7G-TRONIC, as standard. In the top-end CLS 500 model features such as AIRMATIC DC air suspension and THERMOTRONIC four-zone climate control provide S-Class levels of comfort.

Car :-MAYBACH

Maybach-Motorenbau GmbH, founded by Wilhelm Maybach (pronounced "my-ba:h") and his son Karl, was a German manufacturer of engines for zeppelins and later large and luxurious automobiles. The company has historic roots through the involvement of its founder who was the technical director of the Daimler-Motoren-Gesellschaft (Daimler Motor Company). Today, based in Stuttgart, the brand is owned by DaimlerChrysler. Between 1921 and 1940, the company produced various classic opulent vehicles.During World War II, design and production was redirected to military applications - Maybach designed and/or produced the engines of many German military vehicles and German armored fighting vehicles such as the PzKpfw IV, Tiger I and the Panther. The company also built heavy duty diesel engines for marine and rail purposes. Famous locomotives with Maybach engines include the German V200 and British Rail Class 52 'Westerns'.In 1960, Daimler-Benz acquired a majority shareholding. Six years later, Maybach-Motorenbau was merged with the heavy-duty engine arm of Daimler-Benz to form a new company, Maybach Mercedes-Benz Motorenbau GmbH. In 1969 this became MTU Friedrichshafen.A Maybach 57 at the Scarsdale Concours.Maybach was revived as a brand in the early 2000s under the direction of Mercedes-Benz, with the production of a new model in two variations - the Maybach 57 and the Maybach 62 (the numbers are equal to the lengths of the automobiles in decimetres). The prices range from US$305,000 to $357,000; they are priced to directly compete with top-of-the-range Bentley and Rolls-Royce automobiles. In 2005, the new 57S has been added, sporting a more powerful engine and cosmetic touches that provides a sporty image. The Maybach Exelero is a high-performance concept car presented in May 2005. The 690 hp (SAE) (514 kW) two-seater with a bi-turbo V12 engine is a one-off design commissioned by Fulda Tyres. Fulda is using this Maybach as a reference vehicle.
